At the end of the winter season I was sitting in a bar with a few friends discussing The Haute Route, a classic route across The Alps between Zermat, Verbier and Chamonix. “Why don’t we walk part of it” someone suggested. From Verbier we look out at the mountains...I am a qualified sports massage therapist and can help with sports injuries and pain management. I help clients from professional athletes who have soreness or an injury to taxi drivers with stiff shoulders and backs.
As a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer I also help my clients with their fitness programmes. For sports and deep tissue massage you have the choice of either visiting my practice otherwise a home visit can be arranged.
